Coming from backgrounds in strategic consulting, software and start-ups, our main objective is to shift from project to product thinking. This is relevant in terms of market fit, business domain and sustainability. Before we do any client work, we think it is important to discuss scope and communication goals. We would rather not build a software product at all than build one that lacks market fit or consistent messaging.
